Happy Easter

Happy Spring and Happy Easter. Easter was such a fun time for me this year. On Saturday I went over to Grandma and Grandpa's house and my Mommy and Auntie Cheyanne taught me how to decorate easter eggs. It was so cool! I got to drop (he means throw) the eggs into the dye and then put them into their holders. I made lots of colorful eggs and even got to eat one. Yummy. Then I got to go on an Easter egg hunt in grandma and grandpa's house. I found all the eggs and everyone was amazed how well I did looking for them. They thought they hid them hard but it was easy for me. Do they think I am a baby or something! Geez.

Easter Sunday was a fun day too. We first went to breakfast at Babe's Place in Ferndale and then we headed home for a relaxing afternoon. When I woke up from my nap Mommy and Daddy told me that I needed to look for my Easter basket. I looked all over and then found it hidden under my little couch. It was a great big tonka trunk full of goodies. Wow, I love my new truck. I can even fit in the back of it and Daddy pushes me around the house. It was fun.

In the evening Grandma and Grandpa Porter, Uncle Brian and Auntie Pam, Aunt Stef and Uncle Travis and the twins all came for easter supper. We had a very yummy dinner and although it rained all day long by the time we finished dinner the sun began to shine and we were able to do a Easter egg hunt outside. My cousins and I found lots of eggs in the backyard. They were filled with money and candy. Then we went inside and we each got lots of nice easter treats from the family. It was a great time.
