Hello everybody. Sorry for the long delay between blogs. Our computer has had a malfunction since we arrived home from vacation in May and Mommy hasn't had the time to update my blog. So much has happened so let's get started.
Let's see... well I celebrated my first 4th of July. It was really fun. Mommy took me to the parade in Blaine which I enjoyed. I especially liked the tractors and motorcycles. Pretty much anything that makes a lot of noise I like. Just ask Mommy. I'm not sure she appreciates it as much as I do but making noise is my favorite thing right now. Anyway, back to the 4th. After the parade and walking around the street fair it was off to Grandma and Grandpa Small's house for a barbeque. Daddy introduced me to my first firework display. It was only a sparkler but I sure enjoyed it! (Mommy said that a sparkler is all Daddy is allowed to play with anyway!!)
The most exciting thing that has happened recently was my first birthday!!! Yep, already a year old! Mommy and Daddy threw me a big party in the backyard and I had a blast. There were balloons everywhere, pictures, food and lots of presents but the best part was all the friends and family that came to help me celebrate my big day. We had 40 people in our backyard and everyone had a good time. I received lots of fun gifts but I spent most of my time in my new radio flyer wagon. Mommy had to open my presents for me because I was just having to much fun but she had some good helpers. My cousins, Kellan, Aliyah, Emily, and friend Riley were there to help her out.

I'm not sure if Mom ever mentioned it to you but I LOVE TO EAT!! I eat anything and everything that I can get my hands on ( except for green beans, I decided last month I don't like them anymore) so everyone was excited to watch me dive into my birthday cake. I started out slow just kind of feeling the frosting (it's a texture thing I have going on) and then I started to lightly stick my fingers in the frosting. First taste, not to bad. I'm not use to eating sugar so it was a new flavor but in all honesty I think I would have been happier with a slice of watermelon. Everyone cheered me on and was hoping that I would have cake everywhere but I never really even got to the cake. The frosting was enough for me. Sorry to all of you who had your cameras ready for the picture of me with cake from head to toe!

Needless to say, after such a great party I was pretty tired but what a wonderful day we all had. Thank you all for making my big day so special.
Please check back for some more fun photos. Mommy has some work to do but she will try to get them posted as soon as possible. So sorry for the long delays between posts.
