Reunion

Sunday Mom and Dad had a party at our house and invited some really cool guests. They had the couples from their childbirth class over and all of us kids got to meet each other for the first time. It was so much fun! Here I am with my new friends!

I think this little girl really liked me because she wanted to snuggle really close to me the entire time. She is pretty cute but I don't think I am ready for anything serious quite yet!

Fun at the Fair

Well I have been initiated to the Northwest Washington Fair. Mom and Dad took me to the fair on Monday and I had a great time. There were so many things to look at and yummy smells. We walked through the animal barns and saw the baby piggies. Dad liked to look at all the tractors. Here is a picture of us on one of them.

At the fair Daddy got to feed me for the first time! Mom usually has to take care of the feeding department but this time she brought along a bottle so Daddy could enjoy feeding me too! Honestly is doesn't matter to me, just FEED ME!

This is a picture that shows just how crazy my parents really are. You know those photo props that you stick you head through, well they thought it would be really cute to do that with me. Can you believe it? Do they remember that I am only six weeks old?

All in all we had a wonderful time and I look forward to going when I am bigger so I can go on the rides and eat LOTS of cotton candy!

One Month Old

It is hard to believe that I am already a month old. It's been a great month and we are all adjusting well. I am growing fast and at my one month check up with the doctor I weighed in at 9 pounds 4 ounces. He said I am eating well and Mom agrees! My favorite pastime is eating although I do a fair amount of sleeping too! Here is a picture of me on my one month birthday.

When I am not sleeping or eating (which is most of the time) I do like to be outside in the backyard. Mom takes me out there everyday to enjoy the sun and get some fresh air. I love to look up at the big tall trees. Here are a couple of photos of me in the backyard. Don't I look happy?

Sometimes Mom likes to take silly pictures of me. This one is at the farm of my great uncle's house. She thought it would be cute to take a cabbage patch picture. I tolerated it for a few minutes but honestly I think she is crazy!

Discharge Day - July 10th

After five long days in the hospital it is finally time to go home and Daddy is ready. Now if he can just get my tiny body to fit in this carseat we will be off.

Success! Daddy got me safely secured and now I am pondering what it will be like at my house. I can't wait to get there.

Hey Dad, wait for Mom!!! Daddy was practically running out the door after receiving our discharge papers. We were all anxious to get home and begin our life as a family.

Ahhhhhh, Home Sweet Home! I think I'm going to like my home.
